Graeme Hart

Graeme Hart

RICP ®

Graeme grew up in northern England and graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Quantitative Economics. He has over 10 years of experience in both capital and financial markets. A former derivative broker in London, he came to the U.S. on a temporary break to coach soccer and decided to stay.

As a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation holder, Graeme has a philosophy that all the relevant aspects of a client’s financial life must be considered when building an effective retirement income plan. His begin with the end in mind approach to retirement planning is what helps him stand out from the crowd.

“We have been thinking about retirement planning all wrong. It’s not the size of your assets that determines your wealth in retirement, it’s the efficiency of how you can turn those assets back into a monthly income stream that is the measure of true wealth.”

Graeme aims to provide an integrated and holistic view into every aspect of his clients lives. He encourages clients to come to him for financial advice on any aspect of their lives. Whether it be purchasing a new home, getting their budget in order, or protecting their family income streams, he takes his role as a financial advisor as far as the client wishes.

He lives with his wife and two young children in the Little Italy neighborhood of Chicago. He is an avid traveler, enjoys an active lifestyle, playing soccer, tennis, golf and impressing his family and friends with his gourmet cooking.

He holds the following FINRA investment licenses: Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65.

Chelsea Caulfield

Chelsea Caulfield

Director of Investment Operations

Chelsea moved to Chicago in 2016 with aspirations to achieve her undergraduate degree in international business. While in school, she took advantage of the opportunity to live abroad in Dublin, Ireland. It was during this time period where Chelsea made the choice to shift the rest of her coursework towards the financial industry.

Over the next two years, Chelsea worked hard and faced the COVID-19 obstacle along the way. Her biggest achievement was earning her finance degree from Loyola University of Chicago during the peak of the pandemic. Shortly after, she moved on from her college job and got her foot in the financial field in early 2021.

Since then, Chelsea has been learning as much as she can, and has many goals she wants to reach over the next couple of years. These include obtaining as many financial licenses she can, and building client relations.

In her free time, you can either find Chelsea reading, taking a bath, or in a quiet coffee shop planning her next adventure. Her favorite hobbies include finding the best Mexican food around town or playing with one of her pets.
